Steps to link PAN with Aadhaar in Income Tax Department website using SMS:-

Send SMS as UIDPAN<space><12 digits Aadhaar No.><space><10 digits PAN No.> to 567678 or 56161

Example: If your Aadhaar No. is 112233445566 and PAN No. is AAABB1111C, then you need to send SMS as UIDPAN 112233445566 AAABB1111C to 567678 or 56161
