  1. Hi,

    Thanks for the information.
I have a question regarding the same.
Should the online generated form be submitted to the home branch or could it be submitted to any sbi branch?

  4. I think the article needs some change, reg submitting the form..

From "https://www.sbi.co.in/portal/web/customer-care/faq-public-provident-fund" we can submit the forms in any SBI bank...

"To apply for the PPF Provident Fund (PPF) scheme, 1968, you have to fill Form A and submit it at any SBI branch with relevant documents"

    Cheers,

    1. Hi Yogendra,

First of all, Thanks for visiting this blog. Regarding your question, the amount you fill is the one time amount which you pay to open the PPF Account. Once PPF Account is opened, then you can manually pay PPF amount manually (through visiting branch or through Internet Banking payment transfer) on yearly/monthly basis (as per your convenience) OR you can set up a Standing Instruction to auto-pay PPF amount on monthly basis. For that you can check this article - http://aimoney.blogspot.in/2012/04/invest-in-ppf-through-sip.html
