Finance Guru Speaks: This article will provide information about Sukanya Samriddhi Account (SSA), which can be open in Nationalised Banks. It's a new initiative from Government of India having several benefits. There is income tax exemption in section 80C of the Income tax act under this scheme. It has became popular due to various benefits attached with it.

The account opening form may be down loaded from Bank’s site. After KYC compliance you may open the a/c with our authorised branches across India. In my next article, I will show how to fill this account opening form.
