Provide your User ID and click on LOGIN, as shown below:-

Provide your Sign On Password & Captcha and click on LOGIN, as shown below:-

Step 2: Once you are logged-in, click on Open a Recurring Deposit Account under Investments as shown below:-

Step 3: Select your Debit Account against which you want to deduct RD Amount per month, RD Amount, RD Duration, Nomination option and Transaction Remarks. Click on CONTINUE button.

Step 4: Verify all the details of RD Account along with the offered Interest rate, provided Nomination details and enter your Transaction Password to create your new RD Account.

EPFO: How To Activate Your UAN Based Registration?

UAN is a 12 digits Numeric Number and you will receive it from your Employer.

Once you have received UAN from your Employer, next step is to activate it to enjoy its benefits.  

This article will guide you in how you can activate the received UAN.


Please follow simple steps as shown below:-

    - Open UAN Member e-SEWA Portal by clicking here
  
    - As shown below, Click on Activate your UAN link.

     - Fill the details, as shown in the below image. Click on GET PIN after filling the upper section. Wait for some time, you will receive below SMS from the Portal:-

SMS Content: To complete activation of UAN based registration, enter PIN: 2330

    - Enter the received PIN and click on Submit button as shown in above image.

    - Once your UAN credentials are verified, you need to verify your details & create a Password to access the UAN Portal for login. Don't forget to provide your email ID too.

Note: Remember your UAN is your User ID to access the Portal.
 
Now you will receive below SMS :-

Your UAN 1000xxxxxxxx has been activated with user ID 1000xxxxxxxx. Please update your mobile number details whenever you change it.

Congratulations!! Your UAN has been registered successfully now.

Open your mail box and check for email from UAN Portal. Open that mail and verify your email address with the help of email verification link provided in the mail. Once you confirm your Email Address correctly, you can see below screen:-

Now, start using your UAN as your User ID and Password to open the UAN Member Portal and avoid all unnecessary hassles! :-)

Step 2: Once you are logged-in, click on Services -> Cheque Book  ->  Request for New Cheque Book link as shown below:-

Step 3: Select your Account against which you want to order Cheque Book and provide details like Address, Landmark, No. of Cheque Books (1 or 2) etc, as shown below. Click on CONTINUE button:-

Step 4: On the next page, verify the provided details, accept Terms & Conditions and provide your Transaction Password. Click on SUBMIT button to confirm the Cheque Book Request.

Cheque book will be delivered at your communication address mentioned in Bank’s records.

Login to your account using your Email ID (as Username) and recently received Password:-

To Purchase Mutual Funds Units:-

Click on Invest More and Select which Mutual Fund House you want to Purchase and fill in other details to complete the Purchase, as shown below:-

Please note that you will be able to perform Purchase or Redeem options only in the Mutual Funds in which you previously invested, having EMAIL ID registered correctly and the Fund Houses have CAMS as their Registrar.

To Redeem Mutual Funds Units:-

Click on Redeem and Select which Mutual Fund House you want to Redeem and fill in other details to complete the Redemption, as shown below:-

Please note that you will be able to perform Purchase or Redeem options only in the Mutual Funds in which you previously invested, having EMAIL ID registered correctly and the Fund Houses have CAMS as their Registrar.

To get Mutual Funds Account Statement Over Mail:-

Click on the Statements option as shown below:-

Fill in the details about which type of Account Statement you want and click on Submit button. Remember the password provided by you in this screen, as with the same password only, you will be able to open the Account Statement Password-protected PDF file which you will receive in your mailbox.

As seen below, you will receive the Consolidated Mutual Fund Statement (in password-protected PDF format) in your registered mail-id.

Come the month of November, Pensioners have a big worry to submit Pensioners Life Certificate every year to the Pension Disbursing Authority.

This article provides you details on how you can fill Pensioners Life Certificate. The filled form shown in this article may slightly vary in formats depending on Central Govt. or various State Govts. but my attempt is to make you aware about the basics of this form.

All the Retired People, eligible for Government Pensions have to produce duly-filled Life Certificate document in front of the Govt. Bank or Govt. Agency (like District Collectorate Office) where their Pension Account is operating. The bank or Govt. Agency are here acting as Pension Disbursing Authority (PDA).

Pension Book or Pension File (sample) looks as below :-

They need to mandatorily produce this Certificate every year in the month of November so that they can get their monthly pensions smoothly. In other words, this activity has to be done once in a year (on every November).

The intention of producing this life certificate is the annual identification infront of PDA.

Note: If you fail to produce this life certificate in the month of November, then your pension may stop from next month (December) onwards.
